Terms of Service

By requesting a quote, accepting a proposal, paying an invoice or using the client portal, you agree to these terms. Where a signed project agreement exists, that agreement takes precedence over anything conflicting here.

Work is delivered against the scope agreed in writing before the project starts. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately before it is carried out.

You are responsible for providing content, images, logins and feedback in a timely manner, and for ensuring you hold the rights to any material you supply. Delays in providing material extend delivery timescales accordingly.

Project work is quoted up front. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work begins and the balance is payable before launch. Recurring services are invoiced monthly in advance through the client portal.

Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Overdue accounts may result in services being suspended after written notice.

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the delivered website design and content transfers to you. Third-party components, frameworks, fonts and plugins remain under their own licences. Yanyy retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Hosting and maintenance are provided on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. On cancellation you may request an export of your website files and database.

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Yanyy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data beyond the value of the fees paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Either party may terminate a project for material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
